Easter 1958 with Weenie's mother Barbara Flynn (Gammy). I am not sure where this was taken but it looks like turkey was on the menu that Easter. What a fancy table setting! I like that Nanny's dishes are on the table (maybe this indicates it was at their house). I'm just noticing that it looks like there are only 4 place settings for adults. Chris would have been just a few months old and Mom was probably just recently pregnant with Kathy. It's stuff like this that keeps me going--what is the story behind this picture?
Happy Birthday to Tim next week! Enjoy your Easter weekend--remember the days when we had to spend Good Friday afternoon quietly?? And it was so hard because it would be a day like today??

I DO remember Good Fridays with great weather. I can remember sitting in the living room on Dennison Road and begging Mom to let us go out to play, and her telling us we couldn't. I recall looking out the front window at the sunshine and thinking, "I'm going to remember this for a long time!" I guess I did... PS Fella was sitting across the top of the couch looking out the window with me!
