Love that picture. Dad looks so happy. I remember going to parades when we were still in western NY. We would go to Cherry Creek or Cherry Grove or Cherry something to see parades. I'd ask why we were going to another town to see a parade. Mom would answer that "it is because Dad loves a parade!"
Is that picture really 1999? Amy would be like 9 years old, right? She looks younger than that here.
Everytime I go to a parade, I think of Dad! Happy Birthday, Dad.

Good catch Paula--yes, must be 1989. This might be the Sidney parade but I'm not really certain.
